Our Three Main Goals

Mentorships
We match “festival veterans” who have a lot of experience attending festivals and building communities with “rookies” who have little to no experience in this area.
These relationships help with support and building communities at festivals, and it could extend to the rest of life as well.
To date, we’ve had around 360 responses to our mentor and mentee applications.

Scholarships
We provide scholarships to underserved young adults who want to attend a festival and help build something for the entire community at the event.
There may be opportunities as well to help provide job shadow experience for those who would like to find a career in live music event production as well.
To date, we’ve awarded five full festival scholarships, and one partial scholarship. This includes tickets, camping passes, camping gear, cash stipends, and more.

International Exchange
A long term goal of the non-profit is to bring in groups of musicians from disadvantaged countries (such as Haiti) to play traditional music and also be part of a cultural exchange program between their home country and the music festival.
We launched a virtual version of this program in 2025, and plan to launch an in-person program in 2027!
